Shipping & Return
Cawé shall send the product(s) ordered by the customer, from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 7pm, except on holidays, and according to the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Our delivery service does not include scheduling options, so the delivery of the order will be carried out without prior contact from the carrier, thus being necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address to receive the order.
Delivery times may vary depending on the country. The expected delivery time within mainland Portugal are two days. Madeira and Azores are three to four days. For the rest of Europe the expected delivery is one week on average.

Return & Exchange Policy
1. We’re happy to accept returns if your order does not meet your expectations, has defects or other non-compliances. For all returns, the customer may choose to receive the money back or withdraw a voucher for the item (s) so that you can place a new order.
2. If you need to send you item or items back, you have 15 days from the date you received your order to return them. You will need to return the order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost.
3. Please ensure your items are returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Cawé reserves the right to refuse the return of products with visible signs of use, which have been washed or transformed in any way.
4. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return it and place a new order.
5. If you wish to return your order from outside Europe, please contact our Customer Service Support to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive all the details for the return.
1) The User may return the product(s) ordered fifteen (15) days after receiving them, provided that:
a) The product(s) have not been used;
b) The product(s) maintain their original features and labels intact;
c) The product(s) are complete. All material accompanying the orders must be returned to Cawé.
2) Please contact our customer care team to email@example.com in order to indicate the item(s) your wish to return. Please include your order number.
3) You will need to return the order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost.
4) Once the returned item is received, Cawé will review and confirm its condition and, when applicable, will refund you within fifteen (15) days the amount paid by the User. We’ll send you an email at every step to keep you updated about the return status.
5) If the returned products are damaged or worn, Cawé reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund the User. We do not refund in money on exchanges.
6) The User should note that if the return has been made for reasons other than the existence of justified defects or non-conformity of the products ordered, Cawé will not make the reimbursement of the shipping costs. Therefore, Cawé will not reimburse the cost of delivery initially supported by the customer for the respective order.
