1.3      For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, this means:

  1. a) – “Cawe Clothing” – Products sold on the website www.cawe.pt
  2. b) – “User” – Any natural or legal person who places an order through the website www.cawe.pt.

1.4      The use of the website www.cawe.pt. com and the purchase of Cawe Clothing products presupposes knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User.

 

2. WEBSITE REGISTRATION

2.1      To place an order, the User may register in advance by filling in the fields on the form on the website www.cawe.pt. It is also possible to place your order without prior registration. To register, the User will have to provide mandatory personal data (name, address, telephone, email, taxpayer) and may also provide optional personal data, as identified in the form to be filled out at the time of registration. By registering, the User accepts the use and processing of their personal data by Cawe Clothing. By registering, the User declares that they have read the privacy policy of the website www.cawe.pt.

3. CAWE CLOTHING PRODUCTS

3.1      The website www.cawe.pt. is aimed at all users who wish to purchase Cawe Clothing products via internet access, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

3.2      Information about the characteristics of the products can be consulted along with the identification of each product (description and photo) at www.cawe.pt.

3.3      Cawe Clothing reserves the right to modify, at any time, the information, product offerings, prices, promotions and commercial conditions presented on the website www.cawe.pt. without prior information. The information on the website is only valid when the User accesses it and once the sale has been completed. In particular, the availability of the product, the conditions of sale and delivery and its price are only guaranteed when the sale is completed after payment.

 

4. PLACE ORDERS ON THE WEBSITE

4.1.1   The User may purchase products online, for which they must:

4.2      The User pays for the order according to the chosen payment method. The sale will only be complete after payment.

4.3      The order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address indicated in the purchase process. Unless otherwise specified, the detailed invoice will be sent to the email provided by the User.

5. PRICES

5.1      The prices of products displayed on the website www.cawe.pt. include Added Value (VAT). The total VAT payable by the User will be indicated on the invoice sent to the User.

5.6      Under the legal terms in force, the User may, within 14 days after purchase, cancel the order with a refund of payment.

5.7      The total price specified at checkout includes shipping country taxes and shipping costs.

5.8      The User must only pay the total amount specified in the order confirmation.

 

6. PAYMENT METHODS

6.1      The User will be able to pay for their purchases through the payment management entity Paypal, Visa Network, Bank transfer to Cawe Clothing’s IBAN, Multibanco Reference (ATM) and MbWay, all available in the shopping cart shopping.

6.2. The purchase is considered made when Cawe Clothing receives proof of payment.

6.3      Cawe Clothing does not accept any other payment method than those mentioned above. The User must not attempt to pay by any means other than the specified payment methods. If you do so, Cawe Clothing is not responsible for loss of payment or any other damages that may arise therefrom.

7. DELIVERIES

7.1. Cawe Clothing ships the ordered product(s) from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the exception of holidays and on schedules used by the transport company for the delivery address indicated by the User.

7.2. Indication of the delivery address is the sole responsibility of the User, who must ensure that when placing an order, they provide Cawe Clothing with an existing, complete and correct address. Cawe Clothing is not responsible for errors in identification of the delivery address.

7.3. If the ordered product is in stock, the order will be dispatched within an estimated period of 48 hours after completing the purchase. If the product is not in stock or whenever it is a personalized order (made to measure), the order will be shipped as soon as possible, at the latest within 10 calendar days after completion of the purchase and as long as the Cawe Clothing is already in possession of all the information necessary to manufacture the custom piece at the time of completing the purchase.

7.4. Our delivery service does not include a scheduling option, therefore the order will be delivered without prior contact from the carrier, and it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address to receive the order. purchase.

7.5. If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 30 days for Portugal and 90 days outside of Portugal, from the date of payment for the order, please send us an email to [email protected]. informing us of what happened.

7.6. Delivery time may vary depending on the location and country of destination. As a rule, national orders will be delivered around 2 days after dispatch in mainland Portugal and around 3 to 5 days in the Azores and Madeira. 8. RIGHT TO FREE RESOLUTION

8.3. The User will have to return the product and Cawe Clothing will reimburse the User for the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which they receive the product back, provided that

  1. a) The product(s) have not been used;
  2. b) The product(s) maintain their original characteristics and labels intact;
  3. c) The product(s) are complete. All material accompanying orders must be returned.

8.4. The costs of returning the product when exercising the right of free resolution are the responsibility of the User.

8.5. If the returned items show signs of use, Cawe Clothing reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund them.

9. COMPLAINTS

9.1. In view of the objective of continuous improvement of the services provided, Cawe Clothing will seek to respond to and resolve complaints presented by the User within 5 (five) business days, via email [email protected].

9.5. If you are outside Portugal, but in the European Union, the User must use the European Union Dispute Resolution Platform and at www.consumidor.gov.pt .

 

10. QUALITY

10.1. Cawe Cloting does not sell second-hand products, which are defective or of lower quality than those currently available on the market. The main characteristics of each product in terms of material and color shown in the images at www.cawe.pt. can be found on each product page.

10.2. Cawe Clothing will make every effort to ensure that the colors of the products that appear on the website www.cawe.pt are as accurate and real as possible. However, as computer and cell phone monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor is showing the exact colors.

10.3. For a sensorial experience of touching the material and precise color of the product, we advise you to schedule a visit to the Cawe Clothing Showroom or to contact us if you live outside the greater Lisbon area.

10.4. In case of a defective product, please contact us and we will exchange or return it.

11. EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1. Cawe Clothing does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the website www.cawe.pt, or any of its features, It may be suspended to carry out maintenance, repair or updates.

11.2. Cawe Clothing will also not assume any responsibility for any damages arising, directly or indirectly, from situations of force majeure that prevent Cawe Clothing in any way for, to fulfill its obligations, namely, strikes, failures in the electrical network, telecommunications services or any other services, fires, floods, impossibility of obtaining products, materials or services, breakdowns, delays by suppliers or transporters and changes in legislation or administrative regulation.

These Terms and Conditions and all emerging disputes related to them, including their validity, the use of the website or any purchase on it must be governed by Portuguese Law.
