Cawe Clothing ships the ordered product(s) from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the exception of holidays and on the days and times used by the transport company to the delivery address indicated by the User.
Indication of the delivery address is the sole responsibility of the User, who must ensure that when placing an order, they provide Cawe Clothing with an existing, complete and correct address. Cawe Clothing is not responsible for errors in identification of the delivery address:
- that make delivery of the product more expensive, i.e. increase delivery costs/shipping costs fixed at the time of purchase;
- that make delivery of the product slower, that is, delivery takes longer due to the location being remote or incorrectly identified;
- that make it impossible to deliver a product due to a non-existent address, insufficient address or lack of receipt by the User.
If the product is returned to Cawe Clothing due to a non-existent address, insufficient address or lack of receipt by the User, Cawe Clothing will reimburse the User for the sales price, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed by Cawe Clothing to the User and the costs of re-shipping the product will be borne by the User.
If the ordered product is in stock, the order will be dispatched within an estimated period of 48 hours after completing the purchase.
If the product is not in stock or whenever it is a personalized order (made to measure), the order will be shipped as soon as possible, at the latest within 10 calendar days after completion of the purchase and as long as the At the time of completion of the purchase, Cawe Clothing already has all the information necessary to manufacture the custom piece.
