Shipping and Delivery

Cawe Clothing ships the ordered product(s) from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the exception of holidays and on the days and times used by the transport company to the delivery address indicated by the User.

Indication of the delivery address is the sole responsibility of the User, who must ensure that when placing an order, they provide Cawe Clothing with an existing, complete and correct address. Cawe Clothing is not responsible for errors in identification of the delivery address:

  1. that make delivery of the product more expensive, i.e. increase delivery costs/shipping costs fixed at the time of purchase;
  2. that make delivery of the product slower, that is, delivery takes longer due to the location being remote or incorrectly identified;
  3. that make it impossible to deliver a product due to a non-existent address, insufficient address or lack of receipt by the User.

If the product is returned to Cawe Clothing due to a non-existent address, insufficient address or lack of receipt by the User, Cawe Clothing will reimburse the User for the sales price, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed by Cawe Clothing to the User and the costs of re-shipping the product will be borne by the User.

If the ordered product is in stock, the order will be dispatched within an estimated period of 48 hours after completing the purchase.

If the product is not in stock or whenever it is a personalized order (made to measure), the order will be shipped as soon as possible, at the latest within 10 calendar days after completion of the purchase and as long as the At the time of completion of the purchase, Cawe Clothing already has all the information necessary to manufacture the custom piece.

Our delivery service does not include a scheduling option, therefore the order will be delivered without prior contact from the carrier, and it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address to receive the order. However, in view of the possibility of receiving notification about delivery, please provide your email and telephone number at the time of purchase.

Upon delivery, the User must inspect the packaging to check for any damage. If you find that the products are damaged, the User must not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. Delivery time may vary depending on the location and country of destination. As a rule, national orders will be delivered around 2 days after dispatch in mainland Portugal and around 3 to 5 days in the Azores and Madeira. Shipping costs or transport prices are quoted in euros (€) and fixed at the time of purchase. Changing the location or country of delivery may have an influence on transport prices/shipping costs.
